Las Vicuñas National Reserve
Arica and Parinacota Region, Putre Commune
Located in the highlands, it's an excellent place to observe vicuñas and, with a bit of luck, rheas. Among its most spectacular attractions are the Acotango and Guallatire volcanoes, both over 6,000 meters high. It's also possible to visit small villages built in the 19th century.
