Tarapacá Region, Colchane Commune
This snow-capped mountain is located in the highlands of the Tarapacá Region, south of the town of Cariquima, a couple of kilometers from the Colchane border crossing. At 5,390 meters above sea level, it represents an interesting and lesser-known challenge for mountain lovers. Furthermore, Cariquima is located near three large mountains: Isluga, Sillajhuay, and Sajama, hence its name, which in Quechua means "three men."
