Arica and Parinacota Region, Camarones Commune
Near the Surire Salt Flats, this small town is located at 4,200 meters above sea level, in the heart of the high plateau. Its landscape blends mountains, water, and green pastures, ideal for the cattle that graze there. Parcohaylla, in the Aymara language, means "gray straw."
